By accessing or using Working Order (the "Service"), operated by Working Order Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Working Order is a work order management application that integrates with QuickBooks Online. The Service syncs estimates, customers, projects, inventory, and approved time entries (including QuickBooks Payroll pay types where applicable). Features include time tracking, inspections, task management, photo documentation, and team collaboration.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Organization owners are responsible for managing team member access and roles within their organization.
The Service connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to access and modify data in your QuickBooks company as needed to provide the Service.
We are not responsible for changes to Intuit's APIs, pricing, or availability. If Intuit discontinues or changes their API, some features may be affected.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as listed on the QuickBooks App Store or our website at the time of purchase.
Free trial periods may be offered, and no payment method is required to start a trial. When a trial ends, access to the Service is paused until you subscribe — you are never charged unless you choose to subscribe. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKING ORDER LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Working Order Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
